This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Personal Stylist, operated by Jung Hwa Hur, a sole trader based in New South Wales, Australia ("we," "us," or "our"), collects when you use aipersonalstylist.online (the "Service"), and how it's used. Creating an account is optional — you can also generate a report as a guest.

If you create an account, we save your height, weight, and email to your account (via Supabase) so they're pre-filled the next time you purchase a report — you're never required to create an account, and can continue to use the Service as a guest. Your photos are never saved to your account; see Section 2.
Your face and full-body photos are sent directly to our AI provider to generate your report and images, and are not stored on our servers. They exist only in memory for the seconds it takes to process your request, and are discarded immediately afterward. We do not use your photos to train any AI model, and we do not share them with anyone other than the AI provider needed to generate your report.
The only thing we retain related to your order is your payment reference ID, stored for about 13 months in our database solely to prevent the same payment from being used to generate more than one report. This reference ID is not linked to your photos, name, or any identifying information on our end.
Your photos are used only to generate a stylistic preview — they are not used for facial recognition, biometric identification, or identity verification of any kind, and we do not extract or store any biometric identifier (such as a facial geometry template) from them.

We and our service providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed in a country other than the one you're in — including the United States, where our AI provider and parts of Polar's and Google's infrastructure are based. Where required, these providers rely on recognized transfer mechanisms (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to safeguard information transferred internationally.
We use one category of cookie: analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), used to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to build personal profiles of you. The Service has no login, so we don't set authentication cookies either.
On your first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies; analytics cookies are only set if you accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site and reloading the page, or by using your browser's cookie controls or an extension like Google Analytics Opt-out.
If you don't create an account, we don't maintain a database of your photos or personal details, so there is generally nothing on our side to access, correct, or delete after your session ends. If you do create an account, you can update your height and weight at any time by generating a new report, or request full account deletion by emailing us. Where these rights apply to information we hold (your account, or your payment reference ID), you can exercise them by contacting us at [email protected]. For data Polar holds on your behalf (such as billing history), you can contact Polar directly, or reach out to us and we will help direct your request.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use analytics data for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may exercise any of these rights by emailing [email protected]; we may ask for reasonable information to verify your request. If you're in a jurisdiction with similar consumer privacy rights not listed above (for example, Canada, Brazil, or South Korea), we will honor equivalent requests on the same basis.
The Service is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and infrastructure provided by Cloudflare — to protect data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but because your photos are never stored on our servers, there is no photo database that could be exposed in the first place.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
